Administrator
Job Title: Administrator
Employer: ReNew Conference (Charity No. 1174727)
Location: Home-based (with option for hybrid working)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible, occasional evenings/weekends)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Pension: Minimum 7% employer contribution (up to 11% subject to employee contributions)
Holiday: 25 days per year plus statutory bank/public holidays
ReNew exists to support local Anglican churches working together to pioneer, establish, and secure healthy churches for the salvation of England.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide essential support to our Trustees, Pioneering & Operations Director, and Planning Team. This is a varied role, covering administration of the charity and coordination of major events such as the annual ReNew Conference, Future Leaders Conferences, and Regional Leaders Gatherings.
You will bring proven administrative and project management skills, financial competence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will also liaise with venues, suppliers, and volunteers, ensuring our events and operations run smoothly.
Faith requirement: Because this role represents ReNew’s Christian identity, the post carries an Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010, permitting ReNew to appoint an individual who actively professes the Christian faith in accordance with our Statement of Faith.

Communications & Church Engagement Coordinator
Job Title: Communications & Church Engagement Coordinator

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (flexible, occasional evenings/weekends)
Salary: £29,000–£32,000 FTE per annum (pro rata £17,400–£19,200), depending on experience
Pension: Minimum 7% employer contribution (up to 11% subject to employee contributions)
Holiday: 15 days (pro rata) plus three-fifths of statutory bank/public holidays
ReNew exists to support local Anglican churches working together to pioneer, establish, and secure healthy churches for the salvation of England.
We are seeking a creative and motivated communicator to lead and develop ReNew’s communications strategy and strengthen engagement with local churches. You will manage digital content, social media, newsletters, and resources; maintain and improve our website; and help churches share stories of gospel ministry. You will also support event communications for our annual conference and other gatherings.
This is a role for someone with excellent written and digital communication skills, a heart for gospel ministry, and the initiative to make things happen.
